This policy describes how Barcode Man (barcode.ren) handles data in its static deployment. The policy will be updated if the deployment changes.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Barcode Man (barcode.ren) website (the "Site"). The Site is currently deployed as static HTML, CSS and JavaScript files without server-side business logic.
2. Accounts and Registration
Browsing the Site generally does not require account registration or login. The Site currently does not provide a user account system.
3. Form Data Handling
In static mode, the barcode generator form on the homepage is used for UI display and client-side validation only. The form target is barcodesoutput.asp, which requires classic ASP enabled on IIS and an integrated generation module to process submitted data. If classic ASP is not enabled, submissions will not be processed on the server.
Form data is not persistently stored in the browser or uploaded to third-party services. Client-side validation is only for user experience and is not server-side data processing.
4. Server Access Logs
The Site is hosted on a web server. The server may record access logs depending on its configuration, such as access time, requested URL, user agent and IP address. Retention and purpose depend on server operations. The Site does not actively use these logs for profiling or advertising.
5. Third-Party Resources
The Site uses local resources for styles, scripts, icons and fonts as far as possible, without relying on third-party CDNs. The current version does not include third-party analytics scripts, advertising systems or external APIs. If integrated in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
6. External Links
The Site may contain links to other websites. Their data handling is governed by their own privacy policies, and the Site is not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for general users and barcode technology learners, is not designed for children, and does not actively collect children's personal information.
